Aromatherapy for Children – Essential Oils in Paediatrics

The use of essential oils, fatty oils, and hydrolats in aromatherapy for children is highly suitable, as these plant-based remedies are low in side effects yet very effective. Aromatherapy for children has a long tradition, and there is thus a wealth of experience in the use of plant-based aids and essential oils. Children, in particular, benefit from aromatherapy and its various levels of effect. However, essential oils used for children should be carefully selected, as their effects can be stronger or different than in adults. In this training, you will learn the correct use of essential oils, hydrolats, and fatty oils to provide your little patients with another way to support recovery and maintain health. In the practical part, you will have the opportunity to create your own “aroma creations.” Of course, you can take the comprehensive course manual and your mixed oil, room spray, or ointment home with you!
