From Aspiration to Everyday Life: Competencies and Quality Standards in Nursing Professions
The planned study by Arbeiterkammer Wien examines the specifics of daily professional life, the challenges, and the professional self-concept of healthcare and nursing professionals in Austria.
The focus is on the daily working conditions and circumstances experienced in relation to personal quality standards, as well as the application, embodiment, and experience of professional competencies in everyday work.
Study Information:
For the study, voluntary interview participants from the healthcare and nursing professions are being sought (DGKP; PFA; PA):
Nursing professionals in all care and specialization settings (employed or predominantly employed).
Interview duration approx. 1 hour.
The interviews will be conducted at Arbeiterkammer Wien or at a neutral location of your choice.
Online interviews via video conference are also possible.
Refreshments during the interview will be provided by Arbeiterkammer.
The interviews will be fully anonymized and pseudonymized. It will not be possible to trace back to your person or your workplace/residence.
Your data will be kept strictly confidential and secure before, during, and after the survey, and will be deleted in accordance with data protection regulations.
You can withdraw your interview participation at any time and revoke the use of your statements.
