Certificate Course for Works Council Members

The aim of this certificate course is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to carry out works council activities.

Based on the concrete experience of works council members and staff representatives, their social action competencies are to be reflected upon and expanded. 

Divided into eight modules, the focus will be on getting to know the basics and, in particular, selected fields of action in practical company operations.
